We welcome clarity and transparency in legislation that regulates the scope of decentralized finances.
While such regulation is not yet established in the U.S. with explicit clarity, please be informed that starting on Monday, June 19th, 2023, the following web addresses (URLs) will not be available to Internet Protocol (IP) addresses located in the U.S.:
If users try to circumvent the blockade with third-party tools like VPNs, they do so at their own risk.
Access to from U.S. IP addresses and access to all Sperax resources from non-U.S. IP addresses will remain unrestricted.
Please be reminded that both Sperax and Demeter protocols are permissionless and all the assets stay available on chain.
